Google has included Pakistan in the list of supported countries for showing local currency for Google Play products.
After this, Google’s Play Store is now showing prices for apps  for users in Pakistan in Pakistani rupees, which will mean that Pakistani users can now make regular app purchases and in-app purchases in local currency.

Being an Urdu blogger and promoter of Unicode Urdu, I have to write lots of Urdu everyday. While doing so on a PC/Laptop there are many software and keyboard layouts available that let you write Urdu fonts but for smartphones and tablets you don’t have much options.
I had been using Multiling keyboard on all of my Android devices for last few months. It has support for more than 130 languages including Urdu, but today I found another great dedicated Urdu Keyboard called Punjnud Keyboard available on the Play Store for free.

Good news for internet users in Pakistan 3G Auction process in going very quickly market survey completed the respondents. Hope in mid of Feb. 2014 3G services will launches in Pakistan.

Pakistan Telecommunication Authority New Generation (3G) Network for the auction of spectrum designated consultant who completed the market survey respondents. Bid for the preparation of the document and key information is memorandum.

Information Memorandum available to creditors bid, the number of spectrum licenses, the auction base price and will provide information about the process. The consultant held a meeting to gather the views of stakeholders on the above aspects.

PTA  was  signed an agreement on 19 Dec 2013 with Global firm Value Partners Management Consulting Ltd. (VP MC L) for the consultancy services and auction spectrum for  next generation to provide regularity.

PTA completed this process with the instructions of Ministry of IT and Telecom Policy according to the rules of Pakistan Procurement Regulatory Authority with open and transparent manner.
